AND THE WINNER IS

During the month of July, The Summer Local teamed up with 95.7 WPIG of Olean, New York to offer an awesome Family Summertime Giveaway.  Visitors to the program’s sponsoring businesses were encouraged to fill out an entry ticket and drop it into the “Discover Ellicottville in the Summer” entry boxes on display.
An overwhelming number of entry tickets were collected, but in the end, all the glory went to Lynne Hopkins of Little Valley, NY, who’s name was randomly drawn to receive the sweepstakes prize pack - lodging at Sugar Pine Lodge, $200.00 in E-Bucks to spend at participating locations, and a family pack of weekday passes to Sky High Adventure Park at Holiday Valley.  Lynne’s winning ticket was entered at VAIL HARDWARE of Little Valley.  She is pictured here with her granddaughter, and WPIG DJ Jasmine Clark.
Thanks to all the businesses that participated in this year's giveaway: Sugar Pine Lodge, Sky High Adventure Park at Holiday Valley, Cameleon, The Holiday Shoppe, Winery of Ellicottville, The Birdwalk Restaurant, Vail Hardware of Little Valley, and Overhead Door Company of Olean.
Did you miss out?  The Giveaway contest will return this winter in The Summer Local’s sister publication, Ellicottville Snowed-In.  Look for it!
